Yes, you can before the driver’s arrival you can change a destination. To reschedule a move on the day an attendance fee of 35% of the booking cost will be applied.

Any cancellations made 72 hours before the moving date is free. Within 48 hours is a 25% Cancellation charge. If made within 24 hours there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the invoice. If a job is canceled on short notice e.g. on the day customer won’t be qualified for refunds. Alternatively, we accept the option to freeze the booking for a duration of 60 days maximum as long as you notify us 4 days ahead.

We do provide a Packing service and all Packing Materials at an additional cost. Please do call the office if you require this service or need packaging materials sent before your move or brought on the day of the move.
We also offer dismantling and assembling services for all types of furniture including Wardrobes, trampolines, beds, and bunk beds.

Yes, you can pay cash or telephone payment, Paypal, and Bank Transfer.

We can alter the booking by sending the more appropriate van for your move. Please get in touch with us if you are not sure about the van size needed for your move.
In some complex cases, we may ask you to send a video commentary of your inventory with your consent to our WhatsApp number: 07778887676

Our team of professionals always puts the safety of life and care of customers' belongings as a priority when carrying out complex tasks such as moving but we do accept that in some unfortunate circumstances mistakes can be inevitable. We will lock in a claim for you. All your belongings are protected for up to £50,000 covered in our good in transit insurance.

We do not transit reptiles but for some exceptions dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats are welcome if they are in cages.

For your peace of mind, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you including the phone number of our dedicated driver for your move and van details. Before arrival, your driver will call you to make sure everything is set to go.
